Face exercises not only reduce your face fat but also give you younger and tighten skin. Facial exercises are easy to do and make your face slimmer and wrinkle-free. They also take a few minutes, and you can practice them daily without any hassle. Here are some simple face fat exercises that help you to reduce face fat:

  1. Chin lift

Chin lift is a good exercise fortoning and shaping the muscles around your jawline, also helpful in removing the double chin.

Steps:

  • Sit somewhere in a comfortable position and keep your back straight.
  • Throw your head back and keep closing your mouth.
  • Try to stretch your neck as much as you can.
  • Fix your eyes on the ceiling and try to move your lower lip over your upper lip, and smile wide.
  • Keep hold for 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.
  1. Cheek puff

This face exercise is beneficial for getting rid of face fat and keeping firm and toned cheek muscles.

Steps:

  • Puff your cheeks, take a deep breath and fill your mouth with air.
  • Keep holding the air for 10 seconds.
  • Hold the air to move the left side for 10 seconds and then move to the right side for 10 seconds.
  • Then free the air and make a big O in your mouth.
  • Repeat this exercise 5 times.
  1.  Fish face

Fish face exercise will help inlosing fat from the cheeks.

Steps:

  • Like a fish face, close your mouth and suck in your cheeks.
  • Keep smiling while holding the pose.
  • Keep holding the pose for 15-20 seconds.
  • Release the pose and relax.
  • Repeat it 5 times regularly.
  1. Under-eye pull

This exercise helps to removeeye bags and dark circles by increasing blood flow around the eyes.

Steps:

  • See in the mirror.
  • Pull your under-eye muscles with your index finger outwards as far as they will go
  • Close your eyes when you do so.
  1. Forehead workout

It will help in banishing crow’s feet and forehead lines.

Steps:

  • Open your eyes wide.
  • Try to pull back the skin over your forehead with the help of both hands
  • Hold it for 30 seconds.
