According to the Turkish Airlines Name Change Policy, it is quite necessary for travellers to board with correct name details which are exactly the same as they are on other permitted documents such as visas and passports to avoid legal complications. To facilitate the same, Turkish Airlines allows free edits of upto 4 characters in the name of passengers within 24 hours of booking. After that, a certain name change fee is charged. Last name changes can only be made under circumstances like marriage or divorce.
