Insurance Samadhan’s revenue grows two-fold in FY23, expenses spike 2.7X
In FY23, Fintech platform Insurance Samadhan witnessed a two-fold revenue growth, reaching Rs 3.5 crore from Rs 1.78 crore in FY22. The Noida-based company, founded by Deepak Bhuvneshwari Uniyal, Shailesh Kumar, and Sanjay H Aggarwal, focuses on insurance grievance redressal. Despite a substantial increase in expenses to Rs 9.4 crore, the company secured a valuation of Rs 95.93 crore after raising over Rs 34 crore in funds. Post-Series A, founder Deepak Bhuvneshwari Uniyal became the largest shareholder. The company faces competition from Kenko Health, Vitraya Technologies, and ClaimBuddy.
