WOODSMAN OF NEVESK OBJECTIVES AND STRATEGY

  • Objectives and Purposes in The Woodsman of NeveskA woman who has been hired to find a cursed axe will share some of the reward with you if you are successful in your search for the buy D4 gold if you find it before she does

  • This is an example of the time-honored practice of questgivers outsourcing their work, which is still going strong

  • Detailed walkthrough of "The Woodsman of Nevesk"Speak to MagdalenaOh, Nevesk — what fond memories come flooding back to us whenever we reflect on this quaint little town

  • Who among you could possibly forget that you were coerced into consuming the blood-soaked petals of the Mother of Sanctuary's very own flower

  • times that were enjoyable

Nevertheless, it would appear as though Magdalena is not having nearly as much fun in the town as we are; not only is she grumpy and chilly, but she also cannot find the cursed axe that her employer asked her to retrieve from the town. You are somehow involved in this, aren't you?

You can see on your quest map that the only piece of information she has is that a Woodsman who lived outside of town frequently used an axe to commit multiple murders; however, she does not provide you with a particularly helpful starting point from which you can narrow the search. You can find the Woodsman's AxeHead by leaving town in an easterly direction and traveling to a location that is far to the north of where the quest location is indicated. You'll find an abandoned cabin at the top of a hill in a small clearing, and in front of the cabin, there will be a pile of wood with a strangely shiny and menacing-looking axe sitting in it.

It is as simple as snatching something from another person's grasp; we get the axe, run back to town, and steal the gold. However, there is a huge cloud of blood developing after we touch it; why is this happening?

The Woodsman is a little peeved that you tried to steal his axe; if you can bring him down to size, you can take the axe as your prize despite the fact that buy D4 gold is very cursed. However, the Woodsman is a little peeved that you tried to steal his axe. It is about time that you went to Magdalena. You won't spend too much time walking back to town, but if you want to get there even more quickly, you can always take the Waypoint. The walk won't take you too long. Magdalena is overjoyed that you have returned, and she cannot wait to get away from this location as soon as possible.

In all honesty, we comprehend it. Nevesk gives us the heebie-jeebies too.

Tips and Suggestions from the Neighborhood Woodsman of NeveskMagdalena will let you know at the end of the quest that she is ready to return to Menestad. This is a hint that will lead you to the next quest in the chain, which is called Chain of Possession. Do not forget to pick up the Waypoint in Nevesk; a surprising number of quests and activities lead you to this part of the Fractured Peaks, and getting there from Kyovashad is not exactly the simplest walk in the world. There is an Altar of Lilith just outside of town, which can be accessed through the east gate, in case you did not receive it during the Prologue when you were first leaving Nevesk. In our rundown of the Altars of Lilith, this one is listed as number 24. There is a good chance that you already possess it.
