With the launch of Season 2 of Chapter 5 in Fortnite, a lot of new stuff has been unveiled, including new location bosses, medallions, and mythic weapons. Four new Olympian bosses have been added to the game across the map. Every boss has their powers and loot that you can get by defeating them. 

How to Challenge an Olympian Boss

Unlike the last season, challenging the boss NPCs is not as simple as just shooting them. The game introduced a new mechanic to start the boss fight this time. To challenge a boss, you must find their alter and interact with it. The Altar is marked on a map with a small statue sign. Once you interact with the statue, you will summon the boss near it. Each boss has three health phases that you need to clear.

Where To Find Zeus

You can find The Greek God Zeus at Mount Olympus. His Altar is in the middle of the acropolis on top of the mountain. You can find the Altar of Zeus in the middle of Zeus' throne. You can earn Zeus' Huntress DMR, the Thunderbolt of Zeus, and the Aspect of Speed Medallion (Ability: Run faster and jump higher while sprinting) after defeating the boss.

Where To Find Ares

Ares is located at the Brawler's Battleground south of Mount Olympus in the southeastern corner of the map. The Altar of Ares can be found in the middle of the statues of Spartan soldiers. If you defeat the God of War, you can earn Ares's Warforged Assault Rifle and the Aspect of Combat Medallion(Ability: Imbue ranged weapons with increased damage).

Where To Find Cerberus

Cerberus can be found at Grim Gate, on the west side of the map between The Underworld and Restored Reels. You can find the Cerberus statue in the lower section of this area, surrounded by a small pool of River Styx water. Once you interact with the statue, you can begin the boss fight. The loot of this boss includes Gatekeeper Shotgun and Aspect of Agility Medallion(Ability: Gain charges of Underworld Dash over time for quick bursts of mobility).

Where To Find Hades

You can find Hades in The Underworld on the northwest side of the map. To start the boss fight, you must destroy the statue by interacting with it. The Olympian boss will be summoned in the center within the Altar of Hades. Beating Hades will drop the Harbinger SMG and the Aspect of Siphon Medallion(Ability: Grants healing siphon effect on enemy elimination).
